Cecilia organized a cooking course for us which included menu suggestions, tour of the mercado, including information on local produce and buying methods. After picking out our ingredients, we, along with chef Tatiana proceeded to a colourful and professional kitchen to prepare our quinoa themed luncheon. Quinoa and mixed pepper appetizers, quinoa coated fried chicken strips, and quinoa and cocoa cake. Everything was delicious and we were totally stuffed after the meal, greatly satisfied with the market adventure, food preparation and instruction and the meal. The whole experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend signing up for their next culinary adventure.
